Service Description
Our Sunday Socials are a structured 45-minute social gathering to give puppies between 10 weeks to 6 months old (approx) the opportunity to socialise in a safe space with other puppies and new puppy owners. Experienced trainers will be on hand to supervise the interactions but also give valuable puppy advice if needed. Whether you have a nervous or over-excited pup, we offer a fun environment to support their learning during their first few months. Beginning your puppy’s social journey from an early age is crucial as they begin to learn the social skills required for a well-balanced, resilient dog who can cope with everyday life. You and your puppy will be able to mix in small groups with pups of a similar age and size for safety. This gives them the opportunity to enjoy learning doggie etiquette, build relationships with other breeds, through gentle introductions and play. They will learn to respect another dogs' boundaries and interpret the body language of those that are bouncy, boisterous and up for a bit of rough and tumble verses those that are a bit more anxious and would feel more comfortable to interact at a slower, gentler pace. * Maximum of 6 puppies per session * Puppies will be matched according to size to help build confidence and have good experiences. * Learn about canine communication, play styles and to respect other dogs' boundaries. * Reduce frustration or fear-based barking through positive interactions. * Sessions will take place in a fenced off area in our outdoor training facility. * Puppy agility, scent games, toys and confidence building equipment will be provided. * Pay as you go per session Pre-Requisites: • Puppies must be aged 10-25 weeks old approx. Older pups tend to get a bit more over-confident and heavy pawed so we enforce this to make sure the younger, smaller pups can enjoy their first interactions with other dogs in a controlled, calmer environment. • For sessions running at our outdoor facility, pups must be 7 days clear of their 2nd vaccination to be able to participate. We will ask to see your vaccination record as health and safety of your puppies comes first.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place up to 2 weeks before the start of class or course and a full refund will be given. Cancellations up to 1 week until start of class or course will be given 50% refund. Any cancellations made in the 7 days before the start of a class or course will not be refunded. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION. Whilst we make every effort to carry out classes on the advertised dates there are occasions when it simply isn't possible. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
