FOR PUPPIES FROM 12 WEEKS UP TO 6 MONTHS OLD approximately. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor class which takes place at our training field in Kempsey, Worcester. Classes will go ahead unless we experience extreme weather conditions which may mean a lesson is postponed to the following week. You can find directions and a map on our CONTACT US Page. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS Our What 3 Words location is https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ABOUT OUR PUPPY CLASS - INCLUDES A COPY OF OUR PUPPY MANUAL Worcester Dogs offers a 6 week KC Foundation Puppy Classes that is fun, friendly and family orientated. We accept take puppies from 12 weeks old but we can offer places to younger puppies who can participate in class on a mat until they have received their last vaccination. It is so important for puppies to experience new sights and sounds during the early weeks of their life It is known as the ‘sensitive period’ and a critical learning period for all puppies. For very young puppies (8-13 weeks old) you may wish to attend our 'puppy pre-school' instead. We cover all the basic training you need but most importantly we teach how to build great relationships that last his or her lifetime. We only use force-free, positive reinforcement methods that encourage your new puppy to learn that ‘what gets rewarded gets repeated’. We believe every dog is an individual and our classes are designed so you learn how to build a ‘partnership’ with your new puppy. We are there for you and your pup every paw they take in their big new world with your family. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN? * All core obedience behaviours including sit, watch me, down, settle on a bed, stay, wait and stand * Important safety cues such as teaching puppy to 'leave' and 'drop' items * "Watch me" - Focus skills that teach your puppy that looking at you ‘pays’ really well * Lead Walking * Recall games * Whistle Training * Manners around food and taking food gently. * Happy handling - Building life skills needed for stress free vet visits with handling and grooming tips * Making hands mean ‘great things are going to happen’ * Jumping up · FREE Access to our online training tutorials for puppies worth £40!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place up to 2 weeks before the start of class or course and a full refund will be given. Cancellations up to 1 week until start of class or course will be given 50% refund. Any cancellations made in the 7 days before the start of a class or course will not be refunded. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION. Whilst we make every effort to carry out classes on the advertised dates there are occasions when it simply isn't possible. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
